1. TRAINING AND CONSULTANCY: ND-led training and consultancy featuring a raft of specialist professional development options, including:

• An innovative ‘ND Recruitment MOT’ which promises to help you reach the brightest and best ND employees
• Bespoke ND career development mentoring for ND emerging artists
• Professional sector development training revealing how you can make your organisation and practice more inclusive and accessible for neurodivergent artists, audiences and participants

2. ND PERSPECTIVES: A series of in-depth blogs challenging preconceptions by asking ND artists to make their voices heard about their different ND profiles

3. ND ARTIST DEVELOPMENT: Mentoring, support and commissioning tailored to the needs of emerging ND artists who want to develop their practice in performance for/with young audiences (following on from the company’s impactful Cuckoo Collective training programmes). We’re always happy to hear from ND artists who’d like to make performance for/with young audiences (especially if you’re based in the West Midlands).
